Adelaide (CD release) Raising Kane, a five-piece metal/hard rock band, was formed in 2004. Taking influence from bands such as Metallica, Pantera and Alice in Chains, this band’s heavy, yet melodic metal sound has gained them significant attention in and around the St. Louis area. Their power-packed live shows have also earned them the opening slots for a wide range of big-name national bands, including Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for My Valentine, Atreyu, Hellyeah, Black Tide, blessthefall, Otep, Bloodsimple, Kill Hannah, Gwen Stacy and many more. They have recently finished their full-length debut CD, Controlling the Machine, which is currently available at local retailers, CDBaby.com and iTunes. Avelynn Hey Nightmare is a metalcore/screamo band from St. Louis. We try to write music that is easy to move to, which helps people get into our live show. We just released a self-titled demo EP. We love each and every person who comes to our shows and sings along, gets down or just watches. |
