Lucas Jack began his songwriting and performance career crafting songs for any and all family occasions as a small boy, a passion he carried as a teenager to the bars, hotel lobbies, and social events of his hometown of Kalamazoo, Michigan – anywhere with an unguarded piano. This creative impulse was fostered throughout his twenties via collaboration with a series of bands while working as an attorney in Chicago. At last heeding music as a full-time calling, he left the corporate grind and released his first album, The Chicago EP, in 2012, followed by the full-length album, "Before I Forget, which is due out in January 2015.
Channeling and reinventing the tradition of great piano rock of Billy Joel and Elton John, with the subject matter and passion of Dawes, Mountain Goats, Rufus Wainwright, and The Hold Steady, Lucas Jack is a singer-songwriter-pianist telling finely-hewn stories of the modern American experience with his powerful tenor voice and inspired musicianship. He and his band currently live and perform in and around Texas.
Ben Baldwin is a musician with roots in Iowa, but currently playing out of the great city of Omaha, Nebraska. His music is soulful and funky, and his sets are made up of mainly true stories, with a few covers mixed in.
Adam Gaffney & The Highway Saints
Adam Gaffney & The Highway Saints are a Jam/Folk Rock trio out of central Illinois with influences from The Rolling Stones, Jason Isbell, Blackberry Smoke and Van Morrison. On bass is Kendell Scott from Pana, Illinois that brings a lot of his southern soul to the stage. Kendell previously toured with the Matt Poss Band as lead guitarist and is an all around great musician on all fronts. On lead guitar is Tony Dragoo from Litchfield, IL. Tony has a lot of roots in heavy metal and lays down a very intricate dynamic to each and every song. The front man and rhythm guitar player is Adam Gaffney. Adam comes from a Rock and Roll background and has been in his own band "The Gaff & Pulley Band" out of Litchfield for over two years, which opened up for Petty Cash Junction last summer and Pure October at Ciceros in December of 2015. This is his first time back since then and is the debut of The Highway Saints.
The trio brings a very unique rock sound due to the variety in each musicians background. Also, they will be releasing a single called "Next To You" in late June. The band plans to record in the winter of 2017.
